Wilderness Classes
We offer the following optional classes to enhence client knowledge and enjoyment of their Yohetta Wilderness Adventure experience. Please contact our office for more details.
Beginner Flyfishing
This is a great class for those who have been interested in casting a fly but have not yet had a chance. Learn some basics and then test your skills out on the lake. The true teachers are the ones lurking in the depths waiting for your presentation.
Bear Safety
A quick session on the basics on the do's and don'ts while treking in bear country. The safety of both clients and bears are important to us. This is a good lesson for those with little or no experience around bears or travelling in bear country.
Mountain Horsemanship
Guests can sign up for our exclusive clinics and learn the basics of what it takes to use a horse in the mountains. Training will include conformation, foot care, tack, knots, packing, and riding.
Wilderness Survival
For those who want to enjoy true wilderness camping! This course covers wilderness camp setup and cooking, wild vege/fruit identification and useage, survival fishing, and wilderness navigation & tracking.
