Directions to Yohetta
The overland route from Vancouver: travel Highway 1 north to Cache Creek, then Highway 97 north to Williams Lake. Take Highway 20 west to Hanceville then turn south for 90km to Elkins Creek Bridge. The turn off onto the mountain road off is located approximately 2.5 hours by road from Williams Lake. From There it is another 40 km on mountain road which necessitates the use of a vehicle with good clearance and possibly four-wheel drive in wet conditions.
Fly in comfort to the Lodge and view lakes and glaciers as you cross over British Columbia’s spectacular Coastal mountain range on the direct flight from Vancouver, Whistler or Campbell River. Call us for up to date charter rates.
If you have your own wheel plane you are welcome to land on the gravel airstrip. We are at an elevation of 4 500 feet and the airstrip is 3 000 feet of well-scraped gravel with a firm base. Landing of float planes is convenient on Tuzcha Lake which is over 3 km long and we have a float plane dock right at the Lodge.
